A lighthearted moment during a recent Team India net session in Birmingham has captured the attention of cricket fans. A video surfaced showing pacers Arshdeep Singh and Akash Deep playfully wrestling with bowling coach Morne Morkel.

While Arshdeep and Akash Deep didn't feature in the playing XI that lost the recent match at Headingley, their camaraderie with the coaching staff was evident.

In a video shared by the BCCI, Arshdeep Singh humorously explained the story behind the wrestling match. He revealed that Morkel had a unique way of signaling the end of practice sessions.

According to Arshdeep, Morkel would declare, "The moment your practice session ends, I will have a last move and I will pin you. Thereafter, there will be no practice.”

Arshdeep added, "He has found a new way to call off the day and he was just showing us that." This playful ritual seems to be a lighthearted method employed by the coach to conclude training.
