In a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Riteish Deshmukh shared his perspective on the paparazzi culture and how he guides his children to navigate it. He explained that his sons are actively involved in sports and spend a lot of time outdoors. As a result, they are often photographed by the paparazzi during their outings.
Riteish believes it's essential to teach children how to handle media attention. He emphasizes the importance of ensuring they remain grounded and do not develop a sense of entitlement.
Riteish Deshmukh believes that interacting with the paparazzi offers his children a unique opportunity to learn humility.
He instills in his sons the importance of respect and gratitude, advising them: "Getting clicked is an honour. When the paps ask for pictures, you thank them for clicking and move on."
He also acknowledges that every parent has their own approach. He said that there is no one-size-fits-all manual for raising children in the public eye, and parents should be respected for making the decisions they believe are best for their families.
